This website does not currently provide user accounts, comments, online purchasing or an online project-enquiry form.

Project enquiries

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, company and contact details together with the project information you choose to share. This may include drawings, images, schedules, specifications, quantities, programme information and other attachments.

We use this information to review the enquiry, assess technical and production requirements, prepare a response and communicate with you about the project. Submitted files are used only for those enquiry and project-review purposes.

Processing, storage and retention

Email and WhatsApp enquiries are processed and stored through the communication services and business systems used to receive and respond to them. A specific retention period has not yet been confirmed. Information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting project and applicable business records.

You may request deletion of enquiry information by emailing lydia@covetstar.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal records.

Files and authority to share

Only send files that you are authorised to share. Do not send confidential project information unless you have permission to provide it to Covetstar for review.

Analytics and cookies

The current website does not add advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. This notice will be updated if privacy-conscious analytics or additional website services are introduced.
